This is a sentence from one of our guest at a recent sound journey in Shrewsbury. It was the first time they had ever been to one and they loved it. It is such a blessing to be able to work with sound to bring about such peace and calm for our guests as this means they can leave really calm, rested yet invigorated.

Community Roots
We started Spiritual Journey with Lorraine & Kris based on the idea that people are interested in undertaking a journey from the outside world to their inner nature. Our sound baths, workshops and events are located in the most gentle and peaceful settings, so that our guests can enjoy an enriching and memorable experience that will change the concept of daily life into moments of deep connection and appreciation.
Lorraine Lawless ran the Mind Body Soul Group in Shrewsbury for many years and has just recently started doing sound baths with her partner Kris Ellis. She studied sound healing with the very well respected sound healer and composter Tim Wheater and Cherub.
Kris Ellis is a sound healer and runs sound baths with his partner Lorraine in Shrewsbury. He also offers sound healing at Mystique in Shrewsbury and has studied various holistic modalities over the years.
